Also, does this have the high voltage ignition and do you know if the engine mount and exhaust bolt patterns are the same as a Dle30? That’s what I’ll be replacing. Thanks.

RE: Kyosho STR BCE extended chassis

I would much rather purchase an upgrade kit from Kyosho as I am sure they did there homework. I am not sure how you can say the parts will wear out quickly...Kyosho stuff is of the best quality.

Wobbly Tires

I put a set of tires on my buggy to find out that they wobbled badly. The reason was dirt build up inside the tire. I understand you can put slits or holes in the tires to prevent this from...

RE: What buggy?

buggy racer, the kyosho is not that much more than any buggy. Also, keep in mind, you get what you pay for as the cost to maintain Kyosho's is less as they are more durable.

RE: kyosho st-r engine

The V-Spec is an excellent choice. I have a Sirio .21 STI with a Novarossi pipe and i will put it up against any combination out there.

RE: Which engine should I get?

Go with a .21 size engine. RB Concept, Novarossi and O.S. are all good choices.

RE: Peak performance engine or axail .28RR

Why a .30 size engine in a buggy. You need a .21 size engine. I just broke in a RB Concept WS7 III and the thing rocks.

RE: Engine problem (STS)

I just purchased the STS .28. Overall, not a bad engine for the money, however, the plastic on the roto start back plate is extemely cheap and won't hold the screws any more.
