SOUNDS like you might be running really rich.. but yes it is common for oil to come out of the muffler. lean it out a bit and see if it improves... in my opinion, the richer, the longer your engine...

yes i fixed the problem. do a manual bind... go to the traxxas website and use the revo 3.3 - #5309 instruction manual, once there, go to page 15 and follow the binding instructions. good luck!

LMAO... you're right.. .ok if that's the case, I am running the ORION Marathon 1600... I can run about 1.5hrs on one charge off that thing with the DS1015 servo

did you check your throttle adjustment on your radio? if that's fine, you could be running the engine a lil' too lean. I've had that happen!

well guys I finally broke something off my ST-1. After months of bashing it at the contruction site and jumping it at full throttle.. my rear hub broke, good thing one of the hobby shops in the area...

looks like your mesh is too tight... loosen your motor mount a bit and re-tighten it, just make sure your spur and clutchbell move freely. Thats what it looks like to me.

what you want to do is change your spur gear to a 40t and cluthbell to a 13 or 14T! Also, change your 2 speed tranny gears to a close ratio... you'll notice a big difference. try the my first...

I've gone through 2 myself but I have not had any problems since I loosened my slipper clutch.
Now if you're racing, let off the gas just before you land... that's what destroys them.
