40% sd extra

I am building a sd/aviation/toc etc 40% extra 260, I Cant find a manual anywhere, Can some one tell me the balance point? Also I am undecided on using 12 hitec 7955 servos or 2 8711(or newer hitec)...

Everything depends on how agressive you fly the plane and if you use proper throttle management. If you are flying at a constant slow speed you can get away with good coreless servos. For this plane...

Thought Id ask your opinion on this. I am going to use the plastic control horn that came with my 5955 hitec servo. The arm is very robust 1/8 inch thick plastic. for the ailerons on a 100 cc yak....

My instructions say use only fresh high octane gas.( zdz 80) With gas prices so high I bet high octane isn't selling much. How fresh is the gas I buy? Does it go bad at the station if it isnt...

This plane is NOT for gas. Stick with a light weight 4 stroke, the saito 150 is fine, you are not going to hover and pull out but you will learn every other 3D manouver, you will harrier all day...

H9 1/3 cap

About to test fly my cap. It balances about 5" from LE of wing tip. (manual says 4 1/2-5 3/4) Is this a good starting point. Also I made baffles for my zdz 80 even though the head sticks out 1/2 way....
