You CAN add larger wheels to your landing gear and that will help with grass. I have 2" Dubro foam wheels on my SC and it tracks much nicer, but wouldn't be large enough for anything but very short...

Skunk works- how much do thoes weigh? I could use some lights to aid in seeing.

The cub will handle the 8 and 9 cell NiMh packs just fine. I have a PZ P-51 with a SC rx/esc and fly with the 9-cell all the time. You'll have to modify your batt compartment a bit to make it fit,...
