Well NOW You have managed to stump me Stu....I had been assuming that the RXs WERE bound to different model numbers.And some setting in the TX was different.With all RXs being bound to the same Model...

Let me back away from solving the mystery for a minute and make a suggestion to get your boat running.The guy from R2 Hobbies(or whatever) suggested holding the trigger in while You get the boat...
