RE: brake question on Hyper 8

Look at the linkage and make sure you are using the front and rear brakes. If the brakes are dragging the brakes could be overheated before you even touch them. Make sure you are using BOTH brakes....

RE: Hyper 9 will be arriving Nov 26th!!!!!!

We have a couple kits here that were sent to us to check the production ready parts and fit and I can assure you the slop built into the car is minimal. The 9 is tight by off-road standards.

The knuckle/upright bearings on the 9 are 12x8 on the outside and 8x14 on the inside. MX250 is right about the price, it is roughly $550. It MIGHT adjust once the car hits Horizen and Tower Hobbies,...

RE: picco.26 max head shim?

It is shimed .5mm out of the box. I have pulled apart a couple different Max motors to make sure. There are two .2 shims, and one .1 shim. This is safe for 30% without adding a shim.

RE: hyper .21 race glow plug?

You want to use a medium long plug like a McCoy MC8, or a Picco PN#51006. both are a medium long plug. Do not use the short OS plug!

RE: Is the Hyper 7 outdated?

The Hyper 7 is an excellent choice for a tough, long lasting enjoyable buggy. The Hyper is no way in danger of having parts discontinued unless they are from the very first Hyper 7's released. Even...

RE: Picco Max Bumpstart Backplate

The reason for the difference in the price is because of the extremely weak Dollar vs. the Euro. We have not ordered the old Outlaw .26 Picco backplates in quite some time so they are at the old...

RE: fuel line

For most off road trucks I would loop it behind the head and then go to the carb. Like I said, not to much fuel line. You don't want to cause a tuning issue.

RE: fuel line

That is not true. the longer the fuel line, the more inconsistant the motor will tune, the hotter the engine will run because it will lean it's self out. What happens is the exhaust pressure can only...

RE: NEW STARTER BOX FOR REVO AND SLAYER FROM OFNA

You can use the stock flywheel because the wheel rises up to meet the motor, and the wheel is small so it isn't in danger of hitting the chassis if centered correctly.

RE: OFFICIAL REVO THREAD- EVERYTHING REVO

It fits the 2.5, and 3.3 extended chassis. The retail price of the T-Start is $119.95. Quite a bit cheaper than the average price I've seen of some of the other Revo boxes out there.
