Carb problems

I have a picco .80 and a picco .67. Both have the same engine block and carb. I can't seem to get the carbs just right. Does anybody have any idea of a good starting point to have the needle valve...

I bought a picco .80 marine engine that has an older style carb on it. Does anyone have one that would work on this motor or any ideas as to were to shop for a new one??? I have searched on the net...
