I just realized I was kind of missing the point on your use of conditions in your example. I get the trim thing now. What I do is fly the plane and trim for the different conditions...

There is a mix available in the 14sg and 8fg super to handle you flap situation very easily. I use it frequently. It might take one or two more simple mixes to handle the speed brake...
