RE: The Evader Coalition ~ T.E.C.

NOTE TO BEARSBYR:
I went to Action Hobby yesterday, and they expanded and completed the track. It's pretty dang nice now, but I didn't have
any ttrucks or buggys with me. I'll get a pic posted...

RE: The Evader Coalition ~ T.E.C.

Hey BEARBYSR [8D]:) ! Action Hobby is nearly (?!?!??) done a little track, but it's nothing like Hobby Hut's. If the distance to each track
is about the same, I wouldn't bother with Action Hobby....

RE: The Evader Coalition ~ T.E.C.

Hey Ziggy! I've been out of touch for a while myself. My summers are spent boating and fly fishing, and R/C is my winter hobby.

Hey to all the guys...What's Up Cheech :) !!!

RE: HPI E-Savage Sport

I've had an E-Savage since February, and have given it a severe bashing:D! The only parts that
have failed were on drive shaft, and one bevel gear (HPI sent a new bevel gear set in just a
few...

RE: hot bodies gt10

Bottom line for me: I bought my GT10 for $199 shipped. It's been a ton of fun, but would recommend looking for something
that has spare parts easily available. I say "easily" because HPI does have...

RE: Aluminum e-savage upgrades

I've bashed my E-Savage for a while, and the only parts that failed were a half shaft, and a bevel gear. The plastic parts
are plenty tough in my experience: Jumping it off 10' tall leaps, etc...

RE: hot bodies gt10

My GT10 has been a real screamer since I bought it at Ultimate Hobbies last Spring. It only has 1.5 gallons of fuel through the
engine (I don't do much R/C during the Summer), and it seems stronger...

RE: Motor lathe?

I have the Integy lathe/motor combo that Tower sells for $120. It's simple to operate, and does a really nice job. I happen
to like tinkering, so using a lathe is part of the hobby for me;).

RE: Lightning gt10 upgrade or downgrade?

Hi Patrick, That looks like the GT10 version that Tower is selling for around $450. I still like my $199 Lightning GT10, but that deal
is gone.........

RE: Looking for Easy Heli

I'm having a great time with my Honey Bee FP. It's my first R/C heli, but I've been flying R/C planes for a few decades.
Hobby-Lobby sells them for $109 (+8 shipping), and that includes an 800mAh...

RE: The Evader Coalition - T.E.C.

Both of my BX Pros' spur gears wobble. I wouldn't be concerned: No trouble since February;).

Non-removeable endbells still have screws, but there are tabs on the top of the can to hold it in...

RE: Found IT,Famous RC car Chase Clint Eastwood DEADPOOL

End of Dead Pool: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LeGXFwBBK1A&mode=related&search=

Kind of funny, but not one of Clint's better movies[&:]. The R/C car scene reminds of Scott telling Dr. Evil to...

RE: King 2 ready

I would flip the training gear retainers over. They're upside down and if they pop off, your training gear could be hanging by one
skid. They could pop off even if they're right side up, but your...

RE: Lightning gt10 upgrade or downgrade?

Hmmm....My GT10 didn't get really strong until I had 1/2 gallon of fuel through it. I'd just lean it out until you think it's peaked, and then
back off 1/5th of a turn. My GT10 gets leaner as the...

RE: Team STRC E-Savage Hop Ups

The knuckles and steering bell crank will reduce the front wheel slop, I'm there. I said bling cuz I'm cheap, and need a
really good reason to spend extra cash:D:D:D.

my Orion 13x3 Formula SV 2 Pro BB, and is light years ahead of the...

RE: Team STRC E-Savage Hop Ups

Hmmmm...Those are just bling parts. The skid plate for example: the stock plastic skid plate covers the stock aluminum plate, so why
buy that??? I'd rather put money into tires, cool wheels, and...

RE: Trim and Tune on Honeybee FP vs Blade CX2

Hmmm...I can't help with the video: I'm amazed it works for me:D.

I flew the HBFP again this afternoon, and it really does require very little stick movement. I've always flown with thumb and...

RE: HB King 2 Owners: Tail rotor servo rod bent?

Is the problem like this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5o3Js8pDV-k ?
The pushrod doesn't show up until the 1 minute mark.

Video! HB FP First Two Days

RE: Trim and Tune on Honeybee FP vs Blade CX2

A few more thoughts.....
I've been giving R/C plane instruction for years. While I do ask that students stay within "The Box", I don't demand it immediately.
I looked over each session on the...
