Delay/Gain for Hitec HS-625MG

Hello, need advice. I have a Hawk Pro, I'm useing a Hitec HS-625MG for the tail rotor. Need to find out
what to set the delay on a 401 Gyro to. And about what to set the gain to on a Futaba 6EXHP....

OK I got it, had my head up my tailrotor or I would have seen it when I put the fan in. The top part of the fan was rubbing on the inside of the fan area. Bogging the engine down.
I cut that top...

Put a new aluminum cooling fan on yesterday. Took it out to fly today. Engine rev's but blades don't spin. Like the clutch is not grabbing. Could I have put on fan too tight keeping the clutch arms...

Thanks for the info, I thought it was just me. I used a washer and lockwasher on the arm that comes with the kit, I think it will work.

Got another question, the manual does not cover much...

Hey, I just got my first heil, Hawk Pro. Putting it together manual says to remove the stock engine throttle arm and use the one that comes with the kit. I'm useing an OS 37 engine.

Just ordered my first heli too. Hawk Pro w/OS37. I have a lot to learn also, been reading everything I can before it gets here. Been flying RC Planes for 2 years. Good luck !
