IFO Choices... Mk3 or Mini ???

Mine won't hover on just two. the 7.5 volts that pack produces is about the same as six or seven NiCd cells. The motor I burned up was a carbon brushed GWS A stock from flyifo.com.

Minis fly great with 2 800 mah Li-ion. The cells are just a little heavier than NiCd and they last a long time.

Three cells will hover the mini IFO, but you stand a good chance burning out the...

Burnt controllers motors

A 2 amp controller may burn out since the GWS-A motor pulls close to that on 8 cells. Also, make sure that the prop is sized for the gear ratio of the motor. An oversize prop will make the motor pull...
