I'm sorry I should have made myself more clear..... I meant the oleo strut and not the wire. I'm looking at trying to find anyone that has these and want to part with them.

thanks Curt. That gives me a little piece of mind. That's really a shame that a company that has been around so long won't stand behind a supplier that clearly fell short of their quality control...
