The Piper Navajo was built by a guy named Jerry Bugni. The plans were carried by Harold Osborne. Someone may still have Osborne's plans for sale.

You might want to check the colors on that bearcat. According to the Bearcat in Action from Squadron the animal on the side was red. They also say the stripes on the tail were blue. Then again...
