maybe but would have to be some serious wear on front bearing eg falling apart, if the engine eg the tt 50 pro heli engine, the older ones were known for being a complete nightmare to tune and keep...

what sort of load do you think is being put on the engine when its pushing a prop around and pulling a 10kg plane vertically, what the engine is used for has nothing to do with an air leak, way off...

If you put a 5 ABEC bearing in an engine that is turning 30,000 + it wouldnt last for a tank. RC engines are built specifically for high rpms, I have yet to to see a rc...

Im running 620 main blades and 96 mm tail blades, anyone also using this combo lenght. Had any problems as i havent pushed it yet?

The main bearings are a minute bit notchy so might change them and put the third bearing block in as well

Update, ordered a service kit, changed diaphragm and fuel pump side(blue acetene) thing. Also gaskets and now runs great after a bit of tuning

Cleaned some debris out of the gauze, the diaphram looks exstended, should it be flat or ballooned. Prob 1.5-2mm

Right have every thing set other then my right aileron has too much, i have a dx8 if that helps, can anyone explain in stupid terms how to sort this, cheers for help so far been invaluble

Have set up the 600 per manual, pitch is all good but on cyclics i have had to use servo travel to equal the cyclics out to 7deg, now my problem is as the swash moves up and down it does not stay...
