I ran it many times and if works ok, but I don't know what to look for. I don't know when the clutch is supposed to engage or whatnot!

I got an MCD race runner with a 29cc Zenoah, Samba pipe and an Elcon 4 shoe clutch. I put the black springs in it and tightened the grub screws 1.5 turns each. I put the black springs because...
