Aluminum is sticky, is the 1/4" nice to tap? for what it's worth 4mm threading is easy on taps but 3mm is plenty strong and don't think there's any problem with the...

Hey Man that sound like a cool project to say the least.

20 min. on 3800mah, your amp draws fine, I assume the bec isn't a switching buck regulator and was burning off the voltage with resistor...

May I suggest checking allelectronis for gear head/ geared motors?

They have all sorts of gearhead motors , stock changing regularly. If you run a gearhead to a transfer case, say some 1/4" flat...

I strongly recommend beadlocks,
I've got some Junfac mudrocks and they're nice and stout.
I'm planning on getting some of these split 5 spokes as soon as the next batch is milled, PM me if anyone...
