Exhaust leak possibly or more likely, there is still old castor or whatever they used back them gummed up the fuel tank and lines. Make sure the exhaust and pipe is tight, the tank needs good...

The brushless e-revo is a great upgrade, similar size and a huge motor with superior suspension. For the money it's hard to beat.

A 5400 or 6800 Castle sidewinder brushless combo with the Losi...

I snapped my Losi ball diff adjusting it too. I switched to the MIP and it's way better in that respect.

Mine hooks up better with the sway bars for what I do with it and I like the flatter turning. The bars also allow adjusting traction front to rear. Really depends on the track and where you want...

wow! Poof... If that was a new engine, Traxxas will replace it for free. They replaced one of mine for free when the rod snapped.

Center diff with 500-800wt oil is an excellent upgrade. You'll also need the rear brake kit. The conversion removes all the heavy reverse parts (if you have them) and the diff itself distributes...

I've never seen tranny damage like that with a stock 3.3. I have many friends with them, some 4 Revos and 3 T-Maxx 3.3's and never once had a tranny problem. Thats something a big block does... ...
