take the a881 part and have a look if the grub screw for the second gear is machined on the right place. look at a part fromm the net and compare the 2.

i just noticed the problem with my 2 speed. the a881 grub screw for the adjustment is on the wrong side! if your looking at the part with the longer bit of spacing facing you, the grub screw...
