Your no Idiot, but if youd really like to drift your on the right track, go to your shop and ask for A.B.S plumbers pipe, its a little softer and just what your looking for

sry I guess that was a little unclear I would go with the xlr 8 i think its like 25 bucks but it felt like a brand new car, at least 8 or 9 more mph!

You know Ive tried that motor and just for experimentation tried the recoil upgrade motor the xlr8 I thought it was every bit as good and at least 15 bucks less. Let me know how it goes.

Hate to sound pesimistic but It sounds to me like your brushless got overloaded, are you running the stock speed control and if you are (which you shouldnt be) Make sure you either double heat sink...

I didnt throw a brushless in but that upgradeble xlr 8 motor I feel is just about equivalent to a 19t, Kinda scary a car that scale has been keeping up with some 10 scales at the track for me. Word...

how much more rpm do you think youll gain by that setup, just curioius. I put the Xlr 8 motor in my and it added a good 7 or 8 mph!

i think they might be when the tire rolls off the bearing stays in the tire hub, should I lube it somehow?
