so this puts the ACT plugs in a line, and the jumper goes above the end one then? I am having just a bit of a problem seeing it clearly. Sorry, bad eyes.

Jumper? When I look at my ESC I don't see a jumper on any of the pins. I see the two cables each covering 2 pins and 2 open pins, did i loose my jumper? Is this why my motor cuts off at about 2/3...
