According to their website, those are the aluminum fuselage molds, not plugs! But then again, I dunno!

As far as machining it at school, nope... Table is only about 4ft long. I could do 1/3 at...

Maybe, it would actually be easier to mill the way shown in that picture though because its much less material to remove! At least to me in that picture it seems like he is laying the fiberglass...

Anyways Yes I do have access to a CNC milling machine in my garage... However I dont know if I could committ to something of this scale, machining time alone...

Ive had two of the heads on those screws strip... Sucks, pain in the ass to tighten correctly now, need to get some better screws for it.
