BOAT WONT GO UNDER POWER

everything is in place and tight i had to reweld the flex ferrule to shaft ran good before that broke the weld but now all it wants to do is once i get pressure on the prop in the water it doesnt go...

CHANGE AN RCM OUTDRIVE TO A FLEXSHAFT DRIVE

Like to know if I can change my rcm outdrive to a flex shaft without going through the bottom of the boat? Like to use the the same hole as the rcm outdrive was in ty please help?

IF A FLEX SHAFT GOES THROUGH BOTTOM OF BOAT AND NOT OUT THE BACK DO YOU STILL NEED A STRUT TO HOLD THE SHAFT IN PLACE???? TY

flex shaft

Anyone can tell me what i need to hold a flex chaft in so it doesnt slide out the back i have an echo motor with the bushing slide in the cover of the clutch and tightened that up but nothing to hold...

Ty all for helping me out the motor has a kill switch. So can i bypass the switch for the servos and plug it in directly since i only have two channels??? By the way i have a pistol grip controller!
