Looking at the Tower OS catalog page, the con rod for the Heli version has ball bearing on one end and a plain sleeve type on the other. This is a very promising commercial development. Bob

HS: This manual only talks about turning it by hand prior to stating.

AJ:  Did you take the back plate off to do the flush?  BTW, did you notice the AME stamp on one of the lugs?  AME line was available years ago.  Wonder if NV has acquired this company.  Bob

Cer &amp; Nef, Use shrink tubing. It works great!Give it a try. Another way, put shrink tubing on a screwdriver. Pick a screwdriver with a slightly fatter blade, Not wider, and it will fit the needle...

Mic, You're right. It makes the screws easier to locate. Also, it is much safer when attempting adjustments w/o the cowl on. It really helps anchor the screwdriver blade. The header may or may not...

UND, Those are pieces of a plastic straw that were carefully pushed on the screw heads. Shrink tubing works just as well just stretch it a bit before carefully slipping it on. Bob
