Thanks buddy. Couldnt have done it without ya! :D I switched the mounts today so i can mount the engine inverted, it frees up a lot of empty space in the cowl and conceals the engine better.........

overtime at work beckoned..... It was cool waking up to the thunder of "Yankee Lady" and her 4 radial engines. Nothing like a B-17 flying a few hundred feet above your house...

Hey Kyle, Its Cory. Also, keep in mind the clear coat over the paint is a light polyurethane. It may not be very nitro-proof. It will strip that paint right off.

Turns out i am going to hold onto her...... I did trade with the ESM and got a newer saito FA100 and H9 AT-6.... Pretty good trade. Should breathe some new life into this bird......

Yeah unfortunately i dont have any other choice- time to move on to bigger better things...... I wish there was an easier way to ship- i wouldnt trust putting this on a bus....

Kittyhawk P-40 lost in the desert for 70 years.... Still in incredible condition! I would do a kit on this exact plane!

The completion guide also says the HD-1501MG 236 oz-in servos can be used. 14 BUCKS EACH!!!! WOW!!! Anybody have any issues with these??

They are completely sheeted and rock solid. In fact the wheel openings are still covered. You have to cut out the covering to expose the innards to mount the retracts.

Id say hold onto em for now, hopefully the setup i have now works. I like what you did with the balsa sheeting. I left the ribs exposed on my setup and painted and epoxied mine....

A few more.... Some parts are from the Top Flite P51 .60... I tried painting the cowl with chrome paint..... What a disaster, Surprisingly the chrome ultracote worked (and sticks) quite well.....

Welp- she's all done.... Just waiting for favorable conditions/ off time from work to remaiden... Took 4 months in little steps but it's finally finished... Definitely a labor of love. Enjoy!
