Thanks, ArrowNaughtic. I had to change the settings in the SWASH menu and all seems to be working now.

SWASH - H-3
AIL -40%
ELE - 40%
PIT + 37%

Swash now moves down for positive...

Is the falcon's pitch not controlled by 1 servo and the two front servos (in middle photo) should not move when I increase the throttle?

Yes, I am aware of that. I have not changed any settings yet. Just trying to figure out how to get the heli in idle-up so I can set the blabe pitch (as I had to replace the main shaft).
