Hey Ross.

I have one of the UMS Seidels 7-70. I have that in a 97" Gee Bee Y from Austar Models. You will have no problems at all with the 7-77.

Hello

I am not so sure that would be a good idea. Those plugs are bananna plugs after all, and with 7 Glowplugs being driven through them with 2-3 amps per plug, we are pulling a hefty amount...

Ok, 2nd weekend's attempt with the Seidel in the Gee Bee Y

Once the Glow system was recalibrated for the new battery, it behaved as it should, and the Seidel started and ran happily.

Well My Seidel 7-70 has arrived from HobbyKing.

Ordered it on the 11th and it's arrived today, the 21st.

Not bad at all I reckon.

Now to put it on the bench and get it running...

Many comments have been made about how the FG-14 is based on the 82, but I wonder how many people have actually compared this motor to the Saito 82?
The 82 has a displacement of 13.80cc the FG-14...
