After talking with you on the phone I pulled the cowl and tightened air box bolts and a few others and figured I'd give it another try before changing any seals.

Fuel used is Magnum YS/DZ Blend...

This is a very low time, nearly new, 91 AC with large needle valve.

First and I think suspect, the engine will get fuel with 2 to 3 flips cold with throttle open full and glow plug detached....

Smoke System Diagram

Hey Krayzc, Got some lamp oil at Walmart yesterday. One was dark blue color, one was clear. Got one of each. Hopefully will try them this week.

Here's a pic and movie of an Extra 300 powered by an OS 50 SX 2 cycle blowing smoke using deisel fuel ($2.00 per gal). We flew and filmed it last week. Ernie Huber flew while I worked the camera....
