Bat-Safe charging box.

Does anyone know if Bat-Safe still exist?
I purchased a charging box on their site 2 months ago and have not received.
I have twice emailed with no reply.

If you want to use the sliders for say Flapperons is there anyway that when the slider is full up the ailerons(Flaps) are neutral and on moving down will move the Flapperons down proportional ?.
