yea sorry guys i shouldn't post when i just wake up....i mean to say taller tires increase the ratio at the expense of weight, course our firestorms don't weight much to start so im sure the g3.0 can...

taller tires essentially gear up the truck, so it has better accerlation but they reduce top speed b/c the engine is now having to turn more per rotation of the wheel........the moabs probably don't...

Its a normal leak, mine has it too, Try readjusting ur low speed, mine was running too lean at idle and part throttle and i had to keep the hsn on the rich side to compensate.

well at least a slightly used sprint. I definitely want to do brushless on this car and i was looking at the castle sidewinder combo with 5700kv motor. Will this be able to get my sprint into the 50...

hey tokenring, ur suffering from the lean tank bog or something like that, try riching up ur lsn just a hair and see if it runs better, also remember to tune the engine with less than half a tank so...

check ur LSN settings, that was the biggest problem with mine, it was way to rich at idle...also run down the springs on back

found an air leak, need help

After nate suggested an air leak was casuing my overheating problem i did an leak test and the bolt which operates the trottle blade is leaking. Any idea on how to fix this? In the manual it shows a...

the pull start is horrible on mine, i'd look into a rotorstart or at least use a drill start. other than that fuel filter is good to have and some heavier shock oil

i can't get past an 1/8 turn on the HSN without the temps staying in the 260s+.....i don't really beat on mine much but for some reason its always running hot but has smoke 6ft behind it

thx nate, im still trying to dial in the LSN, im thinking thats my problem.....how should the car accerlate with the LSN dailed properly
