You are correct. My Rossi uses a 3.5mm screw spaced at 36mm apart.

Thanks for the info. I have already concluded the Perry carb is the way to go. I will also follow your lead and order a Mac's muffler for this 'lil power house. Can't wait for warmer weather.

I will check with them but have to measure the bearings yet. This engine is a screamer and would hate to retire it. The piston and sleeve are in good shape so there is still hope.
