All you can reall do is hit them with a shot of wd40 or similar substance. You can try and pop the seals off and clean them, but its tough to do, usually if thier rough just replace them.

Not too sure wbat clutch setup Ill run, I have 4 aluminium flywheels and 5 or 6 steel flywheel s all with different clutch setups, Ill just end up trying them out till I fing the one I like for it....

Actually, I just run the vehicle as normal for a day, then change the fluids. that's it!!

The aluminium inserts for the rear?...yes strongly recommend them....belive it or not shim the ring and...

I think my diff setup is 5 7 3..... I honestly cannot remember, it might be 7 5 3...lol sheesh...I dont remember. But either way the diffs and ring and pinon need to be broke in because its all new...

The front diff already had the hd diff case and the lightened outdrives, the center and rear were the factory ones and they were toast, so I went with the hd and light oudrives for those. I replaced...

I always use a dab of blue threadlock. Worst case scenario I cut a slot in the screw with a dremel and a little heat from a micro torch and it come right out with a standard screwdriver...never been...

Not necessarily, if you have an air leak the engine will ilde higer because of it starving for fuel, it will sound different too at idle and be unstable, unless the idle stop is not adjusted...

Smart diffs just burn up....especially in a truggy, as stated above stay away from them, if anything the hd diff cases are the way to go.

Yes, anything to shave off rotating mass to gain spool up and faster acceleration. The Losi 3.0 comes with all of that, and alot more tuning options, thats one of the reasons they are at the price...
