Can someone tell me what I am doing wrong, The spinner came off and the prop flew the other way, also i did notice that the crankshaft thrust washer was turning a little while I was torquing down...

Hanga 9 Super Stik Flight control rods?

The manuel says to use the wire rod and wooden dowel, anyone else out there using something better then this weird arrangement? This is for the tail group control. Thanks Rene

Will the monkote bond to monkote? I just cut a piece off where the damage was. Do I need to take the whole sheet off top and bottom from the elevator? or can a monokote patch work? Rene

Actually Tim I peeled back the monokote and applied some slow ca, I think the repair will hold up. Now How does this Monokote work? Get a iron and iron it down over the repair? Thanks Rene I did not...

Thanks Rip good infor, I will run her and set the high needle for peak, then richen her up a bit. Then set the low for reliable idle rpm. Will run an on board glow so I hope to avoid any dead sticks....

Thanks Steve, I dont have the plane nor the struts all are in the mail. I guess what your saying is, shim up the retacts at 2 aft mount holes to put the gear strut at a slight fwd rake. ? Rene
