it might be a good idea for you to watch the for sale section on the 'rcgroups' forum, as well as the one here... there are some great deals to be had in the 450 / blade 400 department.

I knew I read something about it - but it's the other way around. It appears you can fly the mcx with the CX2/3 Tx, but not vice versa.

You sure it's a 400?

Blade CP is a 300 and it's 524mm long with a rotor diameter of 527mm.

HBKII is 535mm long and rotor diameter of 600mm.

I think they both use a 370 motor. Just...

I don't agree. I think you are more at risk in the air - when I flip idle up on the ground there isn't a large adjustment to head speed.

Oh well, to each his own!

If you change 1 servo on cyclic I believe you should change them all. I haven't done this but have seen countless people give this advice.

It makes sense to me - I'd do it that way.

What all broke? It looks like a few bent rod linkages, spindle, main shaft, and blades.

How did the aluminum hold up?
