Neal, I use Axson 2015 epoxy resin to build composite pylon racers and Imac planes.
This resin is very hard when fully cured. It has three diferent hardeners 2014(30min) 2015( 2.5 hs) and 2016...

THE FAST Q40 AIRPLANE IS THE AUSTRALIAN POLECAT, IT HAS A MH24 AIRFOIL.

YOU CAN USE THE ITALIAN AIRFOIL SOFTWARE...

Ptxman, I would like to see those links, I have used the vacuum bagging technique in hollow core wings but I want to try the technique in composite fuselages.

I think you did something wrong, maybe a short circuit.
I used to cut my wings with a car battery charger, 120 volt input 12 volt output and the needle on the ammeter usually showed 3 to 5...

Bob: I use Profili 2.19 too but the s8036 is a diferent airfoil, s8064 is an airfoil designed by Michel Selig for Q500 racing airplanes.

Hi

Don´t be afraid about this thing in pink foam it is quite normal just put the wing in a flat surface when you make your wing and put some weight over.

That is really strange to me, probably the bag has small porous that become bigger every time is used.

I used to bag my wing skins the same way with a big polyethylene bag, it is cheaper...
