RE: TREX600 mainshaft bearings loose

If the shaft is not bent then it is OK. Put some loctite on the shaft and inside the race being careful not to get it on anything else. Also use shoe goo on the outer race and bearing block. Keep...

RE: Dx6i Setting for Esky HH Gyro

You are getting negative pitch when you move the stick up? If so you may need to reverse the pitch numbers in the swash settings. If the pitch is reversed and the throttle is ok. Change the number on...

RE: Dx6i Setting for Esky HH Gyro

Hey Slotdr,
There are a couple way to do it. If you have the single wire plugged into the gear channel you are ready to go. The gear switch will change from hh to rate mode. Now I believe on the...

RE: Alternative Tail Blade for HBK2

Hey Slotdr,
You need to change the pitch slider to get more authority. It is not the blades. You can run the trex 450 bat wing looking blades and they perform very well. The problem with the...

RE: Trex Turnbuckles

I have 2 sets of turnbuckles for the KingII. They are great I really like them. They are kind of hard to use at first. The thing that I have figured out is the adjustment of the buckle is kind of...

RE: Change Flybar Paddle

Yes I understand what you are saying and I still don't recommend it. You will crash your heli. The paddles fly through the air and keep the heli stable along with giving the head system a crisp...

RE: Change Flybar Paddle

If you are talking about a KingII you do not want to remove the paddle. It will have adverse effects on the head system. I would make your heli feel like a mush bucket. No response out of the cyclic...

It's not just the extra channel that is beneficial. It is some of the features of the radio too. Don't say never because every time I said that word I ended up eating it. LOL Nitros are very cool...

RE: Honeybee FP Receiver/4-in-1/3-in-1 Compatibility

You can not plug a servo into the motor leads on the 4 in 1 but, you can solder a female servo plug onto the tail rotor channel of the reciever and then plug a servo into it and use it that way. The...

RE: Reuse Bent Tailboom?

I have learned over the years it is OK to use parts that are little bit abused. LOL I have used tail booms on nitro helis that have been bent a tad. The key to safe use is if there is an indentation...

RE: Blades won't track near take off rpm

Track the blades in a hover, don't worry about the lower speeds. You want the blades in track during flight. It may shake a little on spin up but, when it gets up to speed it will smooth out. Most...

RE: Big-Time Power System Problem. Please give me some ideas on what to do next!!

OK if you swapped the packs and checked the curves. It almost has to be a motor issue or an esc issue. Unfortunatley you need to have another of each to trouble shoot the problem. It is so easy if...

RE: Big-Time Power System Problem. Please give me some ideas on what to do next!!

Ok I missed the CC part on the last post. The heli doesn't seem like it is getting enough voltage to the esc or the speed control is not sending out the correct signal to the esc. Have you tried...

RE: vibration

Are the main blade grips too tight? Make sure the feathering shaft has some grease on it so the dampener
