UP2 valve

Hey guys, I have this UP2 valve but I really need the doors to stay open when the retracts are down, is there anyway to make this happen or am I just SOL and should go another route. Thanks.

What Font

Do most people use for the " NO STEP" type decals such as on a eurofighter. I'm making some decals and cant find a good one online. I'm not sure, but it doesnt look like a typical stencil type to me....
