I concur.....
Either a spring, or your clutch bearings are shot and seized up on the crank/bell. If you got a gallon already through the car, the bearings need to be changed no matter what. ...

Yup.....sure can. If you start with a freshly charged one. Haven't had a problem with any of my cars. All run the same servo up front.

Tight steering !! The ackerman arm has two (one on each side) washers that go between the arm and the servo saver horn..if you are missing one, and have the nut cranked down, that is your problem. ...

For all the nitro entries.....1/8 buggy, truggy, 1/10 truck and monster there was a total of 257. It was a big one. Electric was the next day, so don't know how many total.

Raced the Florida State off road series this weekend. It was a mud bath. Friday practice was all blue groove. Was running proline bowties....soft compound....great hookup. Ranined/poured Saturday...

I run a JP3 and its almost too much. I would think that the JP1 should do the trick for bottom end performance. You also may want to experiment with your clutch. Going to a different clutch bell...
