well the engine ran fine up until i started using the after-run oil. at the end of anyday that i have been running my engine i allways run it dry. as far as the erratic manuvers before the deadstick...

well i had another deadstick this past weekend and crashed her onto the soft grass. this was as i was climbing out from a touch and go and at about 25-35 ft the motor died. so i had no were to go but...

i would recomend the hobbico hobistar60 MKIII. i have this plane and it is awsome. its big enough to see clearly in the sky. lots of power. comes with 6channel futaba tx, 8 channel rx. 65la motor....

i use the cool power 15% fuel with my .61 os fx.its green. when i used to fly 10years ago there was only red. but i know its fine, color dosnt matter.lol

i had that same problem with my .61 fx a very smart japanesse man told me that the bottom is getting full of fuel so he pinched the fuel line untill the engine did that high rev right before it runs...

ha ha ha everywhere i go i get into trouble with my avatar....lol.....i have been a true vikings fan since i can remember. as far as my instructor. he is a good guy but he tryed to leave me by myself...

well i soloed yesterday a few hours before our first winter storm hit. well i took off down the runway got it up about 25-30 feet and the engine died on me. we have a medium length runway thats bumpy...
