i remember at a race a guy came down and didnt want to ruin his buggy so he rolled oer the jumps instead of jumping them and ended up winning the event, slow and steady is the best

no the only t-maxx's that have opti drive is the 3.3 and i think the 2.5r, i have a new 2.5 and no optidrive, and as you can see that t-maxx is a 2.5

you can change the spur teeth # without changing clutchbell. DO NOT get a steel spur gear. even ask Traxxas a spur gear is made to be the "weakest" link in the chain, if something was going to happen...

electric is only faster whn you attatch lipos and stuff like that. they are expensive and very easy to blow up/ruin but when charged right and with the right setup electric can be faster than nitro....

hmm im not sure about gears but i know alot of people have the Hitec 645mg and they love it i got a better one the Hitec 985mg on ebay for €47 with shipping (not sure in $) i still havnt gotten it...
