been taking a break from helicopters lately, so i decided to build a few small relaxing balsa planes or atleast some balsa in the kit or ARF)
i picked up the Sig LIL RASCAL, the great planes...

hornet 2 all the way. use an axi motor with DM revrse main gear... dont' fky it inside though! unless you have high ceilings!! heres a pic or two...

lipos are well worth the extra bucks, and besides a kokam 1500 3 cell pack from aeromicro is only 37 bucks and will hover any micro heli
get the hobbico quick field charger mk 2 which charges...

flies fine on three cells.. heres what i'm getting as far as flight times...
3 cell thunder power 1320 = 5-8 mins hovering
3 cell kokam 1500 = 10-12 mins hovering

i know the thunder power 3...
