Flap Mixing

For the first time I wish to mix a bit of elevator when I deploy the flaps.
How much is recomended, and how do I go about the mixing process?

I have just finished mine, the balance is way off the mark. Real nose heavy, even after I moved the Rx and battery as far back as I can, and only got an OS 46ax I still have to put lead on the tail....
