I guess I didn't realize the aluminum part on the original cowl only went back a short distance. Great job on the cowl form and plug as well as the final part! The FW is one of the more true to form...

the original kit came with a spun aluminum cowl much like the zeke to my knowledge. So I have no idea what you refer to as the wood pile. I am pretty sure about that. Glad you at least found a glass...
