So your saying to shorten the boat ? as in shorten the front of the boat > get rid of the overhang of the top of the hull onto the bottom .

I just put the motor in the conquest, i put it in at 12 3/4 from the back of the transom to the center of the spark plug. i am useing the speed master rudder with 4" offset , and thats being set to...

How are you guys rigging the boats ? what distance from the transom is the motor ? or are you using what A.M.'s recommendations . and what rudder are you useing?

It was on my motor for @ 1/3 tank and I was having radio problems, since then I bagged the boat and moved on to gas boats

I have the super tiger carb for the thundercat, I decided not to use it with my combo, I had it on the boat for 5 minutes . I paid 35 from tower. its yours for 20 plus shipping

Another good day at the pond

Well we had 4 tc31's out today.. My boat is the purple with the green flames, my father-in-law has the orange/red one, my boy has a red one with the Ferrari decals on it, and the other one is a bone...

yes, there cowl locks, they go into a fiberglass board i installed for it to secure it to the hull, the stock slip fittings suck and break very easy

Heres the green over the purple with a black outline to break the 2 colors up.
Next is the window and air vents to be done, then CLEAR to show off the intence purple and green ..

The cowl is the stock hatch cut with a dremel, and used panel bond on the sides, and fiber glassed the under side.

Im from Shamong ( medford lakes area) I have a tc31 and a 42'' cat with a .82 K&B. and just got a rigger with a 11cc motor, I have @ 4 friends that have thundercats also
