Here is what i'm thinking.

A twin rotor (counter rotating)
12" blades
25" total rotor span
E-flight 370 Brushless motor
GWS gear box 6.6:1
12x6 prop
AUW 13oz or less

What battery pack are you using? Sanyo 1700 or Kan 1800 works the best.
As stated by Hobby-Lobby the pjs 1000 draws about 25 amps on 11x4.5 apc.
I have about 9 hours on mine and it is awesome.

I AM CURRENTLY BUILDING ONE AND HAVE FOUND SOME ODDITIES.

1- THE HOZ. STAB IS TWO PC. ON CARBON TUBES THE STAB FITS THE TUBES AND THE FUSE FINE BUT HAS 1/4"...
