JPEE I have already spooled it up with the main head off and the tail blades out and it seems like there is very minimal vibrations. I balanced the tail blades which helped but there was still alot...

thanks for the advise everyone... JPEE by the cnc tail hub i mean the cnc aluminum tail rotor by micro heli MHEB4142 - part number on horizon. also the tail boom is brand new havent flown with it...
