I called Great Planes support and I think I have the problem solved. The washer that came with my engine is only bored for 8mm so it was stopping at the 10MM spot on the prop bolt. The tech at GP...

Bax,

This is the bolt that I already have and the 2.4" does not appear to be long enough unless I do what the other folks recommended and bore the prop large enough to allow the smooth portion...

Then what do you do about the prop washer? The one that came with the engine only fits up to where the threads end. I would need a larger washer which is another reason I thought I had it the right...

The instructions that came with my Giant Super Sportster and the Fuji 32ei don't really cover this part..

I have the included spinner with back plate and I also bought the required prop bolt...
