What o-rings are you talking about? The Rio has 2 o-rings in the water cooled coupler where the header pipe joins the tuned pipe, are these what you are talking about?

Ok, I gotcha on that JAW. I do that on my HPI Baja also to cut down on the clutch wear. That will def keep any clutch dust from appearing.

Well I got it running( for a little while anyway) runs rough, had to lean out LSN 1/2 turn just to get it to fire. Factory servo and cable set up was way off also. It idles relatively nice, low too....

This is my 1st rR/C boat of any kind so i am just 'soaking up' all the info I can. If it has a tendency to stall I think it would be ok to just turn up the idle a little.
