Glue ball diff rings?

In my tamiya ff-03 pro, the instructions said to apply rubber cement to the diff rings before putting them onto the outdrives. Would superglue work the same way? What would I use for aluminum...

RE: Why do all the AE guys buy up my damper parts?

Fans of a certain brand will swear by their brand's products until they try all the brands. Then, and only then, may they be accurate in their decision of what may work better.

RE: Why do all the AE guys buy up my damper parts?

Off power pulling to left, on power pulling to right..

Hey guys, while doing some spirited driving in my street, my rear left tire took the impact while my TA05V2 slid sideways into a 1:1 tire. The impact was nothing crazy, 10-15 mph and rapidly...

RE: holes in electric rc windshields?

Remember, for anyone cutting vent holes into their rc shells, the exit hole must be atleast twice the inlet hole to create a vacuum that will actually circulate the air and not just pool hot air...

RE: weedeater vs nitro

I assume you mean something like the Baja 5b vs say a revo? I like the weedeaters for better durability and larger scaled size. Cheaper fuel, too.

RE: Slayer>Slayer Pro 4x4

You duct tape the inside of the tire, not the wall, but where the tread is, once or twice around inside. This should help with ballooning. The wheel will likely be unbalanced then, so you just...

RE: What Should I Do?

Go brushless with a Side Winder 2. My LHS stocks them for 100 bucks, even for the new redesigned motor systems.

RE: Tell me what kind of car you drive

2002 Benz C240, traded in for a 2011 Camry LE.

Sold off most of my RC's except for my TA05 V2.

RE: Slayer>Slayer Pro 4x4

If you're not the type of person who must have the latest and most up to date equiptment, do yourself a favor, as these simple mods may help stability at high speeds.

RE: Stuck between 2 Traxxas vehicles....

The rustler would be the more sensible choice- not a lot of weight saving and durable. The jato seems too nimble to bash tbh.

RE: The Official Tamiya TA05 Thread

The track here is seldom set up, so I got the regular, unbelted version. Street bashing with these was alright.. more slip than my worn out tamiya slicks, though. [:@] Guess its time to take out that...

How much can I get for these tires?

I figured out that I'm not a big fan of drifting and these tires have 3 packs on them. I bought the whole set for 20 dollars new from my lhs. What's a fair selling price?

Thanks.

RE: How fast would this upgraded tc4 go?

I think he inquired how fast his current setup would do.. with his economy battery pack, 30-40 mph would be a safe guess. I've had a cop clock my TA05 IFS with MM7700 and 6 cells matched to hit the...

RE: Fastest onroad electric rtr?

You'd be better off buying a nice car with brushed or a kit and upgrading to something like side winder 2 with 7700 motor or 5700 motor on 3s.
