gotcha. That all seems like stuff that can easily be upgraded on down the road. Or when you breeak something just replace it with the pro part.

I use the duratrax stareter box with 2 batt packs. Works fine after you get the pegs positioned. It's kinda small but those 2 motors turn an engine quite nicely. $50 too.

I wouldn't chance it. It's a great price till you figure out you may not ever get it. Then add it on top of what you'll end up paying for a legitimate one and it comes to one expensive buggy!

I HATE the mach 28, and absolutely love the sw .26. It is a beast in my Mayhem.

Disassemble it and check your shock shaft, inspect inside the shock body for scratches that might be tearing it up. Is the shock tower bent?

I sealed around the back plate. Guess I'll seal the hole up since my pull cord broke anyways. Mine fired up as well but snap crackled and popped till I sealed part of it up.

Be sure to seal the engine up good. Especially around the pull start. Get a starter box as well, you'll get tired of yanking that string in short order.

I just bought a used mayhem buggy off ebay and am wondering if it can be modified to use turmoil parts since the mayhem has been discontinued. Was there a Mayhem Pro as well?
