What you need is to file the engine mount from the rear end where it touches the pull start housing, and then it will fit.

Yes, from a chassis roll point of view. It helps the car stay leveled during turns, which will give you better control and more traction.

Yes, you MUST retighten the glowplug right away.

One time, we were doing so, and the plug as my friend was leaning forward to tighten it, it shot out like a bullet and landed some 7 feet away.

does the engine have a pull start?
does the engine hit the chassis from the bottom?

OK, on the pdf files. what you need to do is go to www.adobe.com and download the Asian language package or support I forgot the name and then install it. The pdf file should open then.
